Grunwald Park is the latest residential project by EBF Development in Poznan. The offer is aimed at singles, couples and families with children as well as individuals looking to safely invest their capital.
Low, four- and five-story buildings with a classic facade, featuring characteristic details and a stoned color scheme, represent a harmonious blend of timeless elegance with the use of modern technological solutions.
In the first phase of the development, two multi-family segments will be built. A total of 147 apartments with varying floor areas from 26 to 84 m² will be available. The offer includes bachelor apartments as well as 2-, 3- and 4-room apartments, all with balconies, terraces or loggias. The buildings will be equipped with silent elevators, a photovoltaic installation powering common areas, and each apartment will have prepared external mailbox slots. There will also be mailboxes, an underground garage, and parking spaces on the ground. Common areas will stand out for their timeless aesthetics and use of high-end finishing materials. Electric car owners will receive a charging station, bicycle enthusiasts – a bike storage, and the youngest residents – a playground. Elements of small architecture such as internal roads, walkways, and lighting will also be created.
The planned completion date for the first phase of construction is December 2025, while key handover is expected in Q2 2026.
The development will be located at Wieruszowska Street 8, in the popular Grunwald district. The location allows easy access to a full commercial and service infrastructure, ensuring a convenient environment for the investment. The proximity to Junikowo Junction allows for tram travel to other parts of Poznan. Meanwhile, Grunwaldzka Street provides easy access by car to Poznan-Ławica Airport, PKP Railway Station, or the city center for motorists. The project's location is a few kilometers from the Poznań - Komorniki junction, providing convenient access to the A2 autostrada and S5 and S11 expressways. Future residents of the development will also be able to take advantage of numerous educational and healthcare facilities, sports and cultural objects. The area also offers plenty of green and recreational spaces with walking trails and bike paths.
