LUXURY APARTMENTS SILENCE
The luxury complex SILENCE is being built in the first row along the seafront, right next to the seaside resort town of Dziwnów. The town has a recreational character. It has a year-round marina for yachts. Those who rest here will have direct access to the beach, while from the apartments there will be a view of the sea.
In the first phase of the investment, 83 fully furnished apartments will be built. The complex will be equipped with a recreation area: a two-level gym (in phase I) and an indoor pool with sauna area (in phase II).
Each apartment will have a balcony or terrace. Transparent walls of the apartments will ensure that there will be a wonderful view of the sea from them. Many amenities raising the standard of the investment have been planned, including:

The apartments will be fully furnished. This means that they can be used immediately after receiving the apartment. The decision on the furniture in the rooms and kitchen equipment is left to the owners. We also offer cooperation in this area by working with an experienced interior architect. You can choose a dedicated package or create a project according to individual preferences.
