Old Podgórze is a place filled with an extraordinary atmosphere, made famous for centuries by Master Jan Twardowski and his school of magicians. The planned building will consist of two parts differentiated in height, connected by an underground garage and a ground floor with a service part. The front facade of the building is planned for commercial spaces and one residential apartment with a balcony on the top floor. The lower, smaller part of the building, subtly integrated into the courtyard, will create a lower, four-story part of the building. It will be designed for 12 residential units with varying floor areas from 25 m² to 148 m². The building will be equipped with two independent staircases, silent elevators and an underground garage. Entry to the building and entry to the garage will be from Kalwaryjska Street.
