In the south of the city of Chrzanów in Lesser Poland, the "Apartments Borowcowa" estate is being built. Located on Borowcowa Street, 21 single-family houses are being constructed, each with two residential units. Each unit has a living area of 90.5m² spread over three floors. Functionally, they are simply homes, complete with two designated parking spaces and their own garden. As for contemporary developer investments, these last ones are exceptionally large. The size of the adjacent gardens starts at 82m², and the largest one next to the forest is even 652m²!
