Mirabelkowa Eco is an investment located in the green surroundings of Łódź – a city that is implementing the green strategy "Ekopakt for Łódź", based on 5 principles: development and protection of green areas, improvement of air quality, rationalization of water management, improvement of waste management efficiency, and shaping new attitudes, including education of children.
"Eco" means
The concept of the estate is based on the use of eco-friendly solutions for residents. In the project, plans include a heating pump system and solar installation for the common areas of the estate, which will reduce monthly payments for residents. Clean air has also been taken care of in the apartments, thanks to the use of smog filters in window ventilation systems. Additionally, the investment includes energy-saving LED lighting with motion sensors, to reduce electrical energy consumption for the common areas. Furthermore, at each parking spot, a charging station for electric cars will be provided. As part of promoting ecomobility, residents will be able to use bicycle racks and bike repair stations.
What does Mirabelkowa Eco offer?
A three-story, cozy building will adjoin a flowery meadow and a pond covered in vegetation. Among the colorful greenery, fragrant, honey-producing, and smog-absorbing plants have been planned. There will also be bird and insect nesting boxes, which together will create a unique ecosystem.
The project includes 2, 3, 4 bedroom apartments with private gardens or balconies; a representative entrance hall and quiet elevators.
