Model development inspired by WuWa estate
The new Żerniki will be a model development inspired by the modernist WuWa estate. The architectural concept of the development focuses on creating local communities, supporting integration and developing social relationships.
In the project, 172 functional apartments with areas ranging from 30 m² to 90 m², featuring balconies, terraces, and gardens, have been planned.
The development will feature low-rise buildings in a cascading layout, including buildings with three and four floors. The entire development is kept in a pleasant color scheme, combining warm white and subtle shades of gray, with delicate lamellas in light bronze, which give the harmonious character of the space.
On the ground floor, facing the park, service outlets will be located, creating a friendly environment conducive to meetings and integration among residents.
