Biedrusko is a special place that, due to its natural qualities, serves as the "green lungs" of the city. For this reason, the areas surrounding the town have been included in the Natura 2000 program, which protects valuable species of plants and animals that are found here. In the Osiedle Natura - Bud. T development, future residents will find spacious townhouses with modern architecture, as well as comfortable apartments in urban villas. The buildings, with their light and elegant color schemes, feature terraces, gardens, and garages, as well as parking spaces. The estate is equipped with paved streets, sidewalks, lighting, utilities, and a playground. We are committed to the environment and our residents, and we use practical eco-friendly and energy-saving solutions. It is worth noting that we have already planted over 200 trees throughout the estate, and the names of the streets are derived from the types of trees planted along them. Biedrusko is an ideal place to live and relax – where attention to aesthetics and harmony between nature and architecture will satisfy even the most discerning individuals. The excellent location guarantees quick access to the center of Poznań, both by car and by public bus. A few years ago, thanks to funding from the European Union, the transportation routes connecting Biedrusko with Poznań were modernized.
