With respect for history and with your future in mind, Esperanto Park etap III is one of our newest development projects in Olsztyn, located in the Podleśna district at Zamenhofa Street. While reviewing historical records, we were inspired by the figure of Ludwik Zamenhof. Ludwik Łazarz Zamenhof, also known as Eliezer Lewi Samenhof, was a Polish ophthalmologist of Jewish origin, the creator of the universal language Esperanto, and a nominee for the Nobel Peace Prize eight times. He believed that the main cause of misunderstandings and conflicts between people was the language barrier. A single, common language was intended to solve these problems. Esperanto is a language of hope, created with the desire to unite people. In keeping with Zamenhof's ideals, we dedicate our residential complex Esperanto Park etap III to you, with the aim of building a residential community based on the idea of good neighborliness. The Esperanto Park etap III estate features: - a complex of 4 multi-family buildings (B1-B4) (IV stages of development), - a 7-story building, - modern, timeless architecture and facades in light pastel colors, - approximately 220 functional apartments with balconies or gardens, - parking spaces in underground garages, - outdoor parking spaces, - storage rooms, - elevators, - a playground for children.
