The investment was designed to provide you with maximum comfort and security. We have moved vehicular traffic away from the residential complex, and instead of commercial premises on the ground floors, we have designed apartments with spacious gardens. All of this is for your comfort, which should begin at home. Osiedle Strefa Komfortu is a small-scale development consisting of four residential buildings. The limited size of the project and the low-rise buildings offer a sense of privacy, while also fostering friendly neighborly relationships. A green recreational area and playgrounds also encourage relaxation and socializing – a space perfect for both blissful relaxation and active leisure. The location on a hill guarantees a unique view of the Rzeszów skyline and the surrounding nature.
