Located in the immediate vicinity of the Kabacki Forest reserve, on Gąsek Street in Warsaw, a charming residential complex of 18 detached houses is being built, designed with young families in mind. The complex is being built on a site of approximately 1 ha square meters, of which almost 4000 m² have been allocated to a communal recreational area with a playground, exclusively for residents. An additional advantage of the location is access to over 10 ha acres of green space, which connects the residential complex on Gąsek Street with the Neo Natolin etap V complex on Korbońskiego Street. In such a setting, active recreation requires no preparation; it simply becomes a natural part of everyday life. At the same time, the commute from the complex to the center of Warsaw takes approximately 35 minutes, and the proximity to Wilanów and Ursynów provides families with convenient access to schools, shops, services, and public transportation. This is a place that combines urban comfort with nature, providing a balance between everyday life in the city and relaxation amidst greenery.
