"This investment will be an icon for the Kępa Parnicka district and a showcase for our city," said the Mayor of Szczecin, Piotr Krzystek, during the official signing ceremony for the groundbreaking of Siemaszko's pioneering project on the Elbląg Boulevard. He also congratulated Lesław Siemaszko, the head of the company, for his courage.
"This extraordinary location has the potential to define the identity of Szczecin," said Lesław Siemaszko. "We have accepted this challenge with great enthusiasm."
This groundbreaking investment, which aims to become the new heart of the city, is located on the Kępa Parnicka peninsula, almost directly opposite the PKP railway station building, specifically on an area of over 12,000 square meters between Heyki Street, Składowa Street, and the Elbląg Boulevard. For visitors and tourists arriving in the capital of West Pomerania, it will be the first view of Szczecin after exiting the station. And it is intended to be a breathtaking sight. The architecture of the residential buildings located directly on the banks of the Odra River will evoke the proud and monumental silhouettes of ships immersed in the water. Along the boulevard, a charming promenade with cafes has been designed, as well as a marina for yachts and tourist boats.
"We wanted to emphasize the value and potential of the space as much as possible, while maintaining a metropolitan style of development, and at the same time create a welcoming and open atmosphere for residents, apartment users, and Szczecin residents and tourists who moor their boats at the marina," explained Lesław Siemaszko. "We want everyone to feel comfortable here."
A total of approximately 500 apartments will be built. The first buildings to be constructed are those located closest to the water (H1, H2, H3), which are generating the most excitement. These will include 246 apartments with areas ranging from 30 to 97 square meters (each apartment will have a designated parking space in the underground or ground-floor levels). The terraced design, large windows, and terraces reminiscent of the decks of an ocean liner will allow residents to enjoy views of the river and the Szczecin skyline. Underfloor heating is included as a standard feature in the apartment finishes. The ground floors will be dedicated to commercial spaces. The waterfront will be revitalized, a public promenade will be created, and a marina will be built for approximately 30 vessels, with two piers and floating platforms, with a portion reserved for apartment users. The developer is also planning special walkways for kayaks. This will be the marina closest to the city center and with the best access.
"The interest in this investment is unparalleled compared to any of our previous projects," said Beata Nowak, sales director at Siemaszko. She noted that the list of available apartments is shrinking daily. "Who wouldn't want to live there? There is no other place like it, not just in Szczecin."
Construction is progressing according to plan. The sales process has already begun. According to the schedule, the first apartments (in buildings H1 and H2) are expected to be completed within three years.
