At the end of Wilga Street, on Zakopiańskiej Street, a small-scale residential development consisting of two five-story buildings will be built. As part of the project, 100 residential units with varying floor areas from 34 to 79 m2 will be prepared. Most apartments are two-bedroom, but there will also be three and four-bedroom apartments, as well as studios. For each apartment, a terrace, balcony or loggia has been designed, and for ground floor apartments, gardens, with the largest being 116 m2. Access to the development will be secured by a gate with electronic access or GSM. Each apartment will have parking space in a two-level underground garage, and for electric vehicle owners, a charging station. On the development site, there will also be storage for bicycles and strollers. To achieve this, we have created space for bike racks and stroller racks in the buildings, as well as additional outdoor stands for single-seaters. Matexi projects are characterized not only by attention to the visual aspect of the buildings, but also their durability and functionality. The same is true in this case. Modern architecture, contrasting facade colors, carefully selected materials, ergonomic apartment layouts, and thoughtfully designed surroundings have all been designed with the comfort of future residents in mind for years to come.
