Apartamenty Portowa

Zablocie is the latest Krakow location where Matexi Polska's new project is being built. The revitalization of these areas began a few years ago, starting from the districts of Podgorze, through post-industrial areas on Romanowicza Street, and reaching the area around Portowa Street, which marks the next stage of Krakow's waterfront development. According to the spatial planning, Apartamenty Portowa is an investment that fits into the local process of change, aiming to significantly transform the area and make another attractive residential location appear on the map of Krakow. On a 33-acre plot, a seven-story residential building will be built, which will house 99 apartments with 1-, 2-, 3-, 4-, and 5-bedrooms of various floor areas from 30 to 124 m². There will also be commercial spaces on the ground floor and a two-level underground parking garage. Most apartments will have balconies, loggias or private gardens.
