In its highest point, the building rises to 8 floors, creating a prominent landmark. From the southern side, where it borders on the lake, it gently descends to 5 floors, as if bowing to nature. This is not accidental. The architects designed the building to respect the context – historical, urbanistic, natural. KANWA fits seamlessly into the Praga landscape while introducing something fresh and contemporary.
